Our 4 bed/2 bath Italian villa style home is located on the South side of Orlando in a lovely quiet upscale community. You can enjoy the private screened pool and paved deck with a scenic miniature lake view to soak up the Florida sunlights, relax and play Pac-Man or Pingpong game with family or friends in the game room. Easy access to Orlando airport and the Orange County Convention Center, Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, Orlando Premium Outlet stores, Sunset Walk Shopping area. The space Our guests have access to the entire house, pool area and the garage (there is a Pac-Man game console in the double twin bedroom, and game room in the garage has a professional style ping pong table). The house is carpeted with tile kitchen floors and bathrooms. Guest has access to washer/dryer on site. Our house has been recently remodeled, including all new memory foam mattresses, bed linens, multiple new kitchen appliances including a new refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. New cookwares and utensils. We also included a new smart 65" TV in the family room, a new 50" TV in the master bedroom and new 43” TV in the one queen bed room located in the front. Excellent internet service. For your convenience we've added a private extra work space in one of the bedrooms. Our home is sparkling clean with a very homey feel/decor and outstanding on site service. Guest access There is a pool located in the back yard. Heating as option offered during the winter season for additional charges. Other things to note Enjoy crystal clear pool with gorgeous views in the back yard. Brand new pool heater installed, our guests can enjoy the heated pool during the winter season. There is an extra charges for turning on the heater per booking request. ($30.00 per day)
