We provide a reverse osmosis water filtering system in the kitchen for your drinking water needs. Beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs and umbrella are provided for your convenience. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment with the exception of 1 locked owner's closet. Other things to note This is an upstairs unit with 1 flight of stairs. No Cable TV. Smart TVs need to log into own APP subscriptions. One assigned parking space is included with this rental. Free street parking is available directly adjacent to our place.
