Located on the first floor of a private two-family residence, the apartment offers a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere just 10 minutes away from the beach. Bedroom 2 fitted with a queen bed and a twin adult bed with closet space for your convenience. Bedroom 3 it’s the master suite with a queen bed walking closet and your own bathroom mini fridge and microwave and much more for your convenience. Other things to note Seasonal Comfort Adjustments: For your convenience, we have made seasonal updates to the space, including the addition of lighter bedding to enhance your comfort during the summer months. Your safety and well-being are of utmost importance to us. We have implemented rigorous cleaning and sanitization protocols, which include the comprehensive disinfection of all surfaces between stays, thorough ventilation of the space, and steaming of all upholstered furniture. All linens and towels are laundered in hot water and steam-pressed to ensure the highest standards of hygiene. In addition, we observe a 72-hour period between guest check-outs and new arrivals to provide an extra layer of precaution. For your convenience, we have also provided additional cleaning products, located in the cabinet under the sink, should they be needed. To maintain a clean and healthy environment, we kindly ask that no outside footwear be worn inside the apartment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during these unprecedented times.
