Within walking distance of the major attractions in town (Main Street about 1/3 of a mile from the home), this is the ideal home for your visit during the various festivals or for couples here during weddings at the major venues here! The space While this home was very well maintained, we have updated pretty much everything to make it modern and very comfortable for our guests. From new flooring in the kitchen, bedroom, and breezeway, new appliances in the kitchen, to comfortable furniture in the various rooms, this home isn't just a place to "crash". A brand new decorative concrete patio was put in during the Spring of 2018, so plenty of areas to relax and enjoy during your visit to Frankenmuth. Splash Pad is opening in Frankenmuth in the Summer of 2019 and this home is right down the street from it. Other things to note Since we just purchased the home in August of 2017, we have added a stamped back patio for those beautiful days here in Frankenmuth. Viola's Place has two grills (one gas and one charcoal) for your use. Nice backyard area as well for your family.
