Charming Studio with Pool Welcome to our cozy and fully furnished studio apartment, perfect for a couple seeking a relaxing holiday. This thoughtfully designed space offers comfort and convenience, with a king-size bed, a comfortable seating area for enjoying Netflix, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven and stove—ideal for preparing meals during your stay. The space Bedroom The apartment features a king-size bed, offering a comfortable and restful space for two guests. Large windows bring in natural light, creating a bright and cozy atmosphere. Living Room The living area includes a comfortable seating space with a TV for enjoying Netflix or relaxing after a day of exploring. The apartment is air-conditioned, ensuring comfort throughout your stay. Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen comes with an oven, and all essential cookware, allowing guests to prepare meals easily during their stay. Bathroom The bathroom is modern and functional, featuring a washing machine for added convenience. Outdoors Guests have access to a fantastic shared outdoor area. A designated table by the 12 x 6 m pool is reserved for just five apartments, providing a private and tranquil poolside experience with a partial sea view. Beneath the pool area, there is a shared dining table for two other studio apartments and a barbecue, available for use if cleaned after. Location The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the sea, though the return is slightly uphill. A bakery and supermarket are only two minutes away. A private parking spot is available in front of the building, making it convenient for guests arriving by car. Other things to note Pool Opening Hours: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM We kindly ask all guests to respect these hours. For safety and maintenance reasons, the pool is not to be used outside of this schedule. Thank you for your understanding. Barbecue Usage: The barbecue is available for use by guests from all three apartments. To ensure that everyone can enjoy a clean and pleasant experience, we kindly ask that it be thoroughly cleaned after each use. Please note that if the barbecue is not cleaned properly, we will need to call the cleaning service, and a fee of €30 will be charged. Thank you for your cooperation.
