The space This full first-floor apartment features off-street parking for two vehicles (more parking on street) and there is outdoor space for enjoying the summer sun or taking in a breeze. High-speed internet makes work or streaming entertainment a breeze. A split king adjustable Sleep Number bed allows you to set your firmness and sit up and read. There is also a queen bed in the second bedroom. A sleeper sofa in the living room makes two extra guests possible. Please note: be gentle with antique pocket doors. Please do not try to force the doors. Guest access You'll have the entire apartment to yourself. There are two apartments in the house with completely separate entrances with their own keypads and unique codes. We change the code for each visit to be just for you. The downstairs is ideal if you are traveling with a pet. Pets are welcomed downstairs with prior approval. Please communicate your desire to bring a pet in your request to book. Please note that pets are not allowed on furniture except where covered and labeled especially for your visit or in the upstairs apartment. Other things to note There may be another guest in the upstairs apartment during your stay. You may share the parking lot and driveway. Renting the whole home will give you two full kitchens and two full baths on separate floors. It is a perfect set-up for traveling with friends and family while enjoying some privacy.
