One parking space is dedicated to the unit. I even provide secure storage for your bikes or outdoor gear! Other things to note My babies (Reba and Karma - both Great Pyrenees) love to hang in the yard. You may spot Vince and Tommy (cats) in their outdoor catio too! Outdoor gear storage is included so bring your toys. Additional storage (car/motorcycle/trailer) is available for a fee. There are a flight of stairs leading to the unit.
