This spacious and bright studio has a private entry, kitchen, hardwood floors, radiant heat, beautiful spotless bathroom, a super comfortable queen bed with memory foam mattress topper. It has a private terrace and private yard. It’s a lovely place to relax and refresh and enjoy the views. The top of Bernal Heights Hill offers amazing city views, and beautiful walks. Nearby are cozy cafes, unique restaurants, a park and playground and public transportation. There is easy access to the freeway. The space This beautiful bright and roomy studio is a comfortable space with a large north-facing glass wall with a view of surrounding neighborhoods. The studio is on the ground floor of our house, but there are 2 steps down from the hallway to the main room of the studio. There is also a step up from the main room to the platform sleeping area. There are motion activated lights at all steps for safety. There is a comfortable queen size bed with a memory foam mattress topper, night stands with touch activated lights. The sitting area has an oversize armchair. The kitchen includes an induction cooktop, a refrigerator, coffee maker, coffee press, and filter, cone. There is a microwave oven, electric kettle, and rice cooker. There are glasses, mugs, plates and bowls. There is silverware and all basic kitchen utensils. The beautiful bathroom is a separate private room and has a custom stone shower. There is no bathtub. The bathroom is private within the studio, and is not shared with anyone. Outside the glass windows and doors is a fabulous terrace with chairs. It’s a fantastic place to hang out in the morning and in the evenings, enjoying the garden and surrounding views. There is a stair down to the backyard. The yard is private for studio guests only.
