The Beach House features five bedrooms, including a nursery off the master bedroom. Four bedrooms and the nursery are located on the second floor, while the fifth bedroom is in the basement. There are two three-piece bathrooms, one on the second floor and one in the basement. With sleeping arrangements for up to 10 people, ample storage, two kitchens, and three ovens, this house provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The backyard and side yard are fenced, offering privacy and security. The sliding patio door seamlessly connects the indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and the beauty of the surroundings. The fully stocked kitchen provides all the essential cooking amenities for preparing meals or barbecuing. As an added bonus, the Beach House offers access to outdoor amenities, including a patio, a Webster's gas barbecue grill, an outdoor shower, a life-size two-story children's playhouse, inflatable toys, paddleboards, kayaks, and an outdoor swing. This is the perfect home for a family vacation, where you can witness stunning sunsets, observe people strolling by on the back patio, and gaze at the stars over the lake. In the morning, savor a cup of coffee on the back patio while watching ducks swim right past you. Restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, and shops are just a block away, and public transit is conveniently located one block from the house, providing easy access to downtown in just 20 minutes. This beach house does not have central air. • No parties are permitted. • This is a family home suited for family living. Large gatherings are not allowed and will be shut down. • All outdoor security cameras will remain active. • No pets allowed. Welcome to the beach life!
