This charming lakefront beach house has everything you could dream of in a carefree summer vacation Take a dip in the lake then take a stroll on Queen St East, everything is at your doorstep. The Beach House features five bedrooms, including a nursery off the master bedroom. Four bedrooms and the nursery are located on the second floor, while the fifth bedroom is in the basement. There are two three-piece bathrooms, one on the second floor and one in the basement. With sleeping arrangements for up to 10 people, ample storage, two kitchens, and three ovens, this house provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The backyard and side yard are fenced, offering privacy and security. The sliding patio door seamlessly connects the indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and the beauty of the surroundings. The fully stocked kitchen provides all the essential cooking amenities for preparing meals or barbecuing. As an added bonus, the Beach House offers access to outdoor amenities, including a patio, a Webster's gas barbecue grill, an outdoor shower, a life-size two-story children's playhouse, inflatable toys, paddleboards, kayaks, and an outdoor swing. This is the perfect home for a family vacation, where you can witness stunning sunsets, observe people strolling by on the back patio, and gaze at the stars over the lake. In the morning, savor a cup of coffee on the back patio while watching ducks swim right past you. Restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, and shops are just a block away, and public transit is conveniently located one block from the house, providing easy access to downtown in just 20 minutes. There is also a ductless unit to cool the main floor, as well as a window unit in the kitchen. This beach house does not have central air. • No parties are permitted. • This is a family home suited for family living. Large gatherings are not allowed and will be shut down. • All outdoor security cameras will remain active. • No pets allowed. Welcome to the beach life! The Beaches is a laid-back neighborhood with a small-town vibe. Just 20 minutes from downtown Toronto, this neighborhood is known for its sandy beaches and its Queen Street strip. The inviting Lake Ontario beachfront features acres of sand, shady parks, bike and rollerblade paths and a 3 km boardwalk. All are beautifully maintained and popular with locals and tourists alike. There are ample ways to stay active with beach volleyball courts, tennis courts, the boardwalk and the leisure trail with bike rentals, additional paddle board and kayak rentals and exercise stations throughout the trail. Take a dip in the life guard monitored beach at your back door or at the free-entry Olympic Pool that is a 15 min walk away before taking time to stroll along Queen Street East to grab a coffee, a bite to eat or a cone at one of the many vintage ice cream shops. The Beaches has an easy-going atmosphere and quaint and quirky stores, bars and restaurants. The Beaches also has large public parks with amazing playgrounds for the kids young and old alike with splash pads as well as an off-leash dog park where your dogs can cool off with access to the lake.
