You will enjoy a lovely (non-smoking) studio suite with private entrance, king-size bed, kitchenette, en suite bath and exclusive access to a resort-style swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The kitchenette is furnished with a refrigerator, microwave, and complimentary coffee & tea. Your relaxing escape is LGBTQ-owned by a seasoned global traveler (turned college professor) that understands comfortable travel essentials. The space Your convenient retreat location is a short block from two grocery stores, popular Palm Springs gym, Starbucks, restaurants, pharmacy, banking, and donut shop (splurge) and a quick 7-minute drive or ride share to downtown to Palm Springs. The 55 foot swimming pool and jacuzzi is completely private and exclusive for your use only. There are NO OTHER guests on site, clothing optional and is available 24 hours. However, night-time swimming after 10pm requires your library voice to not disturb the neighbors. The Jacuzzi is only available until 10pm. While the lap-size pool is not heated, the jacuzzi is heated for your pleasure to 100 degrees. The covered private lanai features three separate areas with outdoor cabana fans for your comfort, lighting, and control. Due to recent Palm Springs City ordinances there is a very strict NO OUTDOOR music policy. The guest suite has its own independent climate control for guests which is connected but separate from the main house to make your room as hot or cold as you prefer. You will also enjoy the convenience of a private suite with a separate entrance, with full access to an enclosed backyard with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. For your convenience, there is WiFi, 4K television and Netflix. There is a microwave in your suite, however, there is no BBQ grill available for use or any other cooking permitted besides the microwave. Sanitized glasses, plates, flatware, and bowls are also conveniently available in your guest suite and re-sanitized after each guest whether they are used or not. This is a NON-SMOKING suite. You may smoke outside on the patio. An ashtray is available for your convenience. We ask that you limit your smoking selections to cigarettes and cannabis but no cigars. Guest access Guest have easy access to street parking in front of the house and secure entrance to their private guest suite in the rear of the home just steps from the jacuzzi and pool.
