Welcome to The Legacy House Wooster! This is a charming Victorian home within two blocks from the wonderful downtown attractions, shops and upscale dining. Our grandparents' love for people and hospitality inspired us to create a warm and inviting home where we could share their legacy and traditions with others while restoring their historic home back to it's former beauty. The space The Legacy House is a two story freestanding home with private driveway for shared off-street parking and spacious fenced yard. The home is split into two independent suite floors that can be booked separately or together as the entire home. The second floor suite has a boutique charm that provides a relaxing and calm get-away. There is a private external entrance, an eat-in kitchenette, a full bathroom and three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has two twin beds, small TV and cozy laptop workspace. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, large sitting area with sofa and big screen TV. Bedroom 3 has a double bed with lovely backyard view and small TV. The front porch is reserved for the first floor guests only. The sitting area in the side yard is reserved for second floor guests. The back patio and fenced-in yard under the shade of a stately oak tree are shared spaces to enjoy. Guest access The guests have private use of the entire second floor of the house, which has it's own separate heating and cooling air system from the downstairs unit. They also have their own private seating area in the side yard reserved for their use. The back patio and parking areas are shared spaces with downstairs guests. Other things to note Guests need to be able to comfortably climb stairs to be able to access this property.
