All rooms have comfortable mattresses and comfortable linens (check out our reviews!). BATHROOMS This home features two full bathrooms including double vanities and lots of counter space. Each bathroom is stocked with the essentials you need during your stay, including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and hair dryers. There is a powder bathroom right by the kitchen. KITCHEN + DINING The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need. We also provide a coffee maker, blender, kettle, and Juicer for your morning juice! Dining room seats 9 and also serves as an entertainment area with a fully equipped pool table and bar area LIVING ROOMS The family room features a 65” 4K Smart TV with a large loungy couch to relax in. Dining room seats 9 and also serves as an entertainment area with a fully equipped pool table and bar area OUTSIDE SPACE The best part of coming to Indio is being able to enjoy the outdoors, and we've set our space up so you can do just that. In the backyard, you'll find a large Pool, Spa and BBQ grill. We also have a dining area on the back patio. THE AREA Plenty of hiking trails and music festivals for all sorts of fun. Hidden Valley in Joshua Tree is close by. Our guests are often visiting areas like Indio, Coachella, Joshua Tree, Palm Springs, La Quinta, Desert Hot Springs, and Palm Desert! Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property except the garage. Other things to note PETS: We do allow dogs, we just ask that you please pick up after them and don’t allow them to chew on the furniture, and DO NOT let them sleep on the furniture. Also, be mindful that there are cactus plants in the yard and they can get pricks in their paws. There is a $50 fee for pets The pool is serviced on Mondays and Thursdays and Saturdays around 7 am, it does not require any guest interaction. Guest access You will have access to the whole house except the garage. Other things to note Spa heating only: $20 daily fee ($50 if left on overnight) Pool + Spa heating is $75 a day Pet fee is $50 per Pet. 2 pets max but might make exceptions and $100 pet deposit refunded when house is left in good standing- feel free to inquire.
