This uber-quiet and private space is located just over 1 mile from 5th Avenue/downtown Naples, & 2 miles from the beach. 5-minute walk to Naples Bay Resort, coffee shops & restaurants. Walk or use complimentary bikes to check out nearby Celebration Park, a brewery, Market 360, & pickleball courts! The space Newly renovated space, 1 king-size bed with luxury sheets, full kitchen, living room w/flat screen TV, large closet, kitchen table, sliding glass door to private patio. Heated, saltwater pool for your use, as well as complimentary bikes and beach chairs. Dedicated full-size washer and dryer for the Air BnB. Guest access Guests have use of private driveway parking, and a saltwater, heated pool. Separate washer and dryer for Air BNB unit, too. During your stay I live upstairs, but you can't hear any noise up or down (concrete in between floors), so have fun! My philosophy is more hands-off, but if you need help or want help, please feel free to call my cell anytime! Other things to note This unit is on the ground floor below the house; follow signs to the back entrance to the studio. also the pictures make it look brighter than it is. My house is on top !Your unit is on ground level under neath my house .pictures make unit brighter, it is nice and guests seem to enjoy it.
