We know you’ll appreciate all the updates in the common areas- lobby and attached restrooms, gym, game room, ski valet, fire pit, hallway carpet, lighting, new furniture, more modern color scheme- and there’s even more behind the scenes! You will also likely notice a more ‘industrial’ look in some hallways with exposed ceilings, as well as equipment stored in the garage. Thank you for your understanding that this is a temporary situation. The current phase of the project involves installing new, energy efficient HVAC components.
