The Cottage on The Farm - Bring Your Horse!

The Cottage at Bit O Berry Farm, LLC is a quaint little cottage on our private horse farm. Wake up to the view of horses out your bedroom window. Relax from the hustle and bustle of life with nature all around. Horses, dogs, cats, pigs and chickens reside here. Historical St Mary's County has great things to offer, from fishing and boating to winery's, fresh markets and much more! The space If you are looking for a place to vacation with your horse, then this is IT!! Just a short haul away are several parks to ride in, like, St. Mary's River State Park, Newtowne Neck State Park, Greenwell State Park, and Many more!! We have stalls available for $25 a night, including sawdust. And just steps away from the cottage is a grass paddock, which your horses can take advantage of (included in the $25 a night)! Horse owner will be responsible for all daily care of their horse (horses'). Horse owner must also provide their own buckets for feed and water. Stalls must be cleaned daily. We also have an outdoor arena, round pen and a short trail through the woods. Proof of Neg. Coggins and shot record required. Payment for horse stalls is made separate from cottage rental payment. Other things to note Window a/c units and dehumidifier make some noise. Dehumidifier needs to be emptied morning and night.
