Rental unit in New Port Richey

The Keys is a studio apartment with a private entrance via the outside spiral staircase. One bedroom with a large master bath. The kitchenette features a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, hotplates, and an air fryer. Watch the boats cruise down the Cotee River from your room or outside on the patio. Free use of kayaks. Boat and golf cart rental available The space Surrounded by several tiki bars within kayaking distance. Can also kayak to downtown, Sims Park, Durney Key, Anclote Key, and several sandbars. There are several places nearby to rent boats, paddleboards, and bicycles. Golf cart and boat rental are available from the property. I have/ several kayaks which are free to use. Visit downtown New Port Richey, home to several new restaurants, breweries, and bars. Check out Sims Park for festivals and concerts. Barbeques are available. Pick from a smoke, gas, or charcoal grill. Extremely clean, well-behaved pups are welcome with an additional $25 fee. Including fake support animals. For legit hairy support animals, I ask for a $25 donation, which goes directly to my cleaning staff. Buy cheap hot dogs to feed the birdie (Rudy). He's the one in the pictures. Guest access Parking in the large driveway. Plenty of space. Ask about boat and trailer storage. I usually have room. Other things to note Cute studio bungalow which feels like staying in the Florida Keys with a small kitchen and full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen has everything you need with an air fryer, pots n pans, a medium-sized fridge, a stainless sink, a toaster oven, a microwave, etc. Pretty much anything you need unless you want to cook a turkey. Ha! Private dock. Great for vacations, Snowbirds, traveling nurses or Corporate employees. Boaters Paradise is located on the Cotee River about 3/4 mi from the open Gulf. Kinda fun to see the other houses/mansions and restaurants along the way. The tiki bars/restaurants are close by and easy to kayak to. 1 mile to downtown. You may never need to use your car. Great fishing off the dock. We catch yellowtail tuna, sheepshead, red fish, tarpon, sea-bass, etc. Bring your catch up and cook on the Daniel Boone smoker, charcoal grill, gas grill or on the grate on the fire pit next to the water. There are several places close by to rent boats, paddle boards, and bicycles. This property has free use of kayaks, paddle boat and golf cart rentals. The builder of my home was President back in the early 70's-80's and is said to haunt the place. My friends/guests say he also haunts my property. I have to agree but he isn't mean. He (Willard) is funny and kind of annoying. You will notice there aren't any clocks because they would always go forward in time. I've ended up at appointments hours early thanks to the clocks. Now I only depend on my phone. I even bought a battery-operated clock thinking it would keep time. It danced around the counter making the strangest noise until I ripped the batteries out. I've had several reports from guests that are unexplained. I dunno what to think. I also have other studios in case you want to bring friends or family. And, blowup mattresses if you don't mind walking on each other. Lololol! I'm a very a very easy-going sociable host who likes happy hour with guests but I can also leave you to yourselves. Lol!
