Two-level living with a private entrance and front porch that overlooks green space. Sit in the living room and enjoy the ambiance of the gas fireplace or soak in the wonderful master bathtub. Minutes from all of the shops and restaurants of downtown Black Mountain. Within walking distance of the Cheshire Fitness Club, which offers a pool, gym, and tennis courts. House Layout: Main floor- Kitchen; Dining area with seating for 4; Living room with gas logs fireplace, and TV (cable & DVD); Primary bedroom with King bed and en suite bath (walk-in shower & soaking tub). Upstairs- Bedroom with Queen bed; Bedroom with Double bed; Full hall bath with shower & tub combo. Please Note: For your convenience, linens (sheets and towels) are included. Monthly special from January through April: rent for $2,995 per month. Included with the monthly rent is a $100 per month power allowance, a $50 water allowance, and a $50 natural gas allowance. Parking is available for one smaller/compact car in the garage. We kindly ask that you do not block the shared back entrance and keep this area clear for neighbor access. Additional parking is available on the gravel overflow in Poe Alley and along the street in front of the townhouse. Guest access All of our homes are private residences so you have access to the entire house unless otherwise noted in the description (the owner may not allow use of the garage, etc). Free parking at all homes. After you make your reservation, you will receive an email with instructions for access, including a keyless access code if your home has keyless entry. You will hear from one of our local rental staff members and we will be available to assist you in whatever way we can! Other things to note Unfortunately, this home is not pet friendly.
