Welcome to our 2.5 acre haven! This studio is full of life with color that will bring your spirits up. It is a little over 400 sq. ft. with your own private entrance from the garage and above apartment, on the first floor, your own parking and not too far from the city. Richmond is a small town that sits near the Kennebec River and Swan Island where you can enjoy outdoor adventures. * Space not equipped for children * My property has well water which is tasty and refreshing! Richmond has a very low crime rate, surrounding neighbors are far enough away and most sit on 2+ acres from one another, in town laundry facility, local post office and not far from the highway/interstate. Shopping is only 30+ minutes away and tourist spots are worth the drive. Being 1.3 miles from town you will be able to enjoy our local ice cream shop, restaurants, grocery store and more! * Space not equipped for children * Guests can access the west/left side of the property which is the grassy area. The main house on the east/right side is off limits to guests. Maine house patio is off limits as well. Check in is from 8am - 11am where I hand deliver the key to all guests. Check out is before noon. Richmond is known for Swan Island where people can enjoy hiking, night tours, wildlife, fishing, swimming, kayaking, canoeing, paddling, camping or monthly Lobster Bakes every 3rd Saturday of the month (June - September with reservations). Best way to get around is by car in Maine but in this town a bike or walking is just as good The main home's patio and back yard are off limits to guests. Guests have a large grass area left/west of the property that they are free to roam on.
