Come stay in our charming home. It is quiet and comfortable and very clean. If you're interested in same day booking, please email us and we will respond at our earliest convenience! The space Located in beautiful Northern California, Petaluma is 30 minutes to the Pacific, forty-five minutes north of San Francisco and a short drive to wine country. A quick 10 minute walk to downtown shops, restaurants and theater, this is a great getaway for your Northern California escape. The house is large and gives a lot of privacy in the upstairs where you have access to your private queen size bedroom. There is a large bath for use if needed. Our neighborhood is great for walks with charming architecture and a park just around the block. There is much to do locally and near by and we'll be happy to make recommendations. Our rooms are compliant with Petaluma's Transient Occupancy Tax (10%) Regulations under License #(email us for number if needed). We have to request this fee through Airbnb after booking because Airbnb does not have an agreement with Petaluma to collect the fee up front. Guest access Guests can relax on the chaise or window seat on the landing. You're also welcome to walk around in the gardens outside. During your stay We always make an effort to be present for guest arrivals, and departures. Occasionally, obligations elsewhere, make that difficult and sometimes a member of our family stays at our house and greets guests. Other things to note We provided a continental breakfast in the past however due to Covid-19 precautions, we are no longer providing food or beverage.
