Apartment 11 is the jewel of York Riverside Apartments with its private roof top sun trap terrace and roaring fire. The apartment comprises of a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, living area, 2 bedrooms, one with an ensuite, and a bathroom. **Please note we do require a security/damage deposit for during your stay** The space Apartment 11 comprises of 2 double bedrooms, one with an ensuite, a bathroom, and an open-plan living, dining, kitchen area. There are large bi-fold doors that lead out onto a private roof terrace with garden/lounge furniture to sit in the sun. Guest access The penthouse can be accessed via the lift. No smoking is allowed anywhere in the building. The nearest is car park is just a stones throw away at the castle car park. Other things to note Please note we do require a security/damage deposit during your stay this is held against a card incase of damages occuring during your stay.
