Our house is close to Crystal Lake, Beulah, Frankfort, Traverse City, Sleeping Bear National Dunes, Crystal Mountain Resort, family-friendly activities, numerous golf courses and wineries. Quiet and relaxing yet close to everything Northern Michigan has to offer. Our house is good for couples, business travelers and families. First floor master bedroom/bath and laundry. Second floor includes sleeping loft, 2 bedrooms and full bath. Village of Beulah STR# 22055 The space Our home is 700 feet away from Crystal Lake! Built in 2010 it includes all the amenities you would want for a great vacation or get away with family and/or friends! We have a great location close to everything yet quiet and secluded. We are a great year round rental. Book your spring/fall golf & wine tour weekends with a min 3 night stay. Summer rentals are weekly only however you can choose check in/check out dates! Please note 4th sleeping area is a sleeping loft with pullout sofa sleeper - there is no door. Please note we do not charge a cleaning fee and all of our fees are included in the base nightly rate. We've also adjusted our 2024 fees to reduce the costly booking fees for our customers. Beautiful fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances. Winter renters please note our driveway and home are on a hill. Guest access The entire house including a spot in the garage to park is available. All available spaces are pictured. Other things to note Please note from pictures our house is nestled on a hill. The driveway is on a hill as well and recommend 3 cars max. 4th bedroom is a sleeping loft with new queen size pull out sleeper sofa and dresser.
