Tucked away in the peaceful suburbs but a quick drive away from Ontario Airport, the Ontario Mills Outlets, Victoria Gardens, SilverLakes Equestrian and Sports Park, and more. The 60 & 15freeway are extremely close by! The space This single house is 3,700 square feet. There are private 7 bedrooms, 5 upstairs and 2 downstairs. each bedrooms has own bathroom. Very quiet and spacious community with a large community park, convenient for running, fitness, and basketball. The park is across the street in front of the house. Very close to the house. 2 big living rooms, 1 dining rooms , 1 study and 1 full function kitchen. sharing with other guests. We have a professional cleaner that cleans all of the public areas of the house once per week. This will make the house fresh. We have microwave, kettle, coffee machine, oven, stove and fridges. There will be cooking utensils and tableware (forks, spoons, pan, etc.). There is also plastic wrap and tin foil paper. Free washer and dryer (upstairs ) Each private bathrooms with 24/h hot water and toiletries. There are 2 central air conditioners. Don't adjust it, we've already set up the automatic control. Free WiFi is also provided. Drinkable water is provided (one in the kithch beside the sink,one in the refrigerator) There are some leisure chair and table in both the front and backyard. There is also a barbecue stove. There are 4 cameras, one in the front yard, one in the backyard, one upstairs corridor and one downstairs living room. This is to secure the house and everyone safety. You can go to every public area (except private bedroom and bathroom and the garage.) in the house and use them. There is free parking. You can park your car in front of the garage (three parking spaces) or you can street park. Remember please don't park in front of other people's driveway,Wide parking is aviailable across the street too, Thank you! During your stay Every guest please read this information before booking and Check-In. 1. House rules Smoking is prohibited in the house and your room! People from outside are prohibited from entering. No partying! Any illegal activities are prohibit! Please abide our house rules. If you violated a rule, we reserve the right to stop the order and give no refund. 2. House profile Our guests are all long-term.The guests are mostly business workers or students. There are No children and No pets. We are committed to maintaining a quiet, comfortable and warm environment. We will provide 24 hours hot water, Wi-Fi, basic daily necessities and camera monitoring. There is an automatic control of air-conditioning to keep the house comfortable. Please do not adjust the tempature. Please keep quiet after 10 o'clock in the evening. Please do not disturb our neighbors when parking and entering/leaving at night. Thank you for your cooperation. 3. Disinfection and cleaning We have professional cleaners to clean and disinfect all public areas of the house to keep the house fresh every week. Each room's beddings and towels are cleaned and disinfected, please fell free to use them. Other things to note Please note that the private bathroom of this room is next to the room, not inside.
