The space It is a downstairs apartment, which was recently renovated, with the carpet being replaced with engineered hardwood flooring, the whole apartment being painted and with soundproof insulation being installed in the ceiling. Also, there is a safe and secure entrance, with free private parking off the street, in our 50 ft driveway. The surrounding area is a trendy, diverse and culturally rich neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants, rivaling those in Manhattan, which itself is only a 20 min. ferry ride away (25-30 min. drive). Guest access Guests have access to the apartment DOWNSTAIRS, the entire driveway and the adjacent carport. I offer remote check-in or because I live there I can schedule a time to meet you after work or during my lunch hour. During your stay Whenever I am not present because I am at work or on personal errands will be readily available at a moment's notice to address urgent needs and within an hour to address important but less urgent needs.
