Great layout makes the space feel larger than it's 380 square feet. *Studio with 1 bathroom, stand up shower *Queen bed, plus convertible sofa bed - Children/infants are welcomed. *Full kitchen *Living room area with a full sized sofa, large enough for lounging and relaxing *Small dining table that seats 2. Perfect for eating or working from home *No washer/dryer Guest access The entire place is yours! Nicole and her family live in the main home. Guests may not use the mail box; however, deliveries are welcome. Other things to note *Nicole, the owner, and her family live in the main home. *Please note that starter supplies only are provided for long stays. *This house still uses well-water. We use a UV filter for the well water- which is great for washing, cooking, & the bathroom. Though it is safe to drink it might taste different than you’re used to filtered or bottled water will be provided for drinking. Also, you may experience low water pressure at times due to the well water. *No washer/dryer *Guests may not use the mail box; however, deliveries are welcome.
