This Cozy master bedroom is on the 3rd floor, with the nice furniture, mini fridge, Tivi, large walking closet. We are looking for a nice person to stay with us. But worth the 2 flights of stairs, Welcome! The space New Condo in convenient area, one cozy bedroom with private bath. Shopping, Hospital and Main Street one block, 10 minutes to Disneyland, 20 minutes to the Beach, freeway 22 close. Guest access The common areas like kitchen, livingroom and laundry room are shared. During your stay Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or would like recommendations in our local area. Other things to note Parking on the street is free but please pay attention to no parking signs. * Sweeping street on Monday *Please do not adjust the central AC setting. The temperature is set automatically depending on the season. If you feel uncomfortable, please message me before changing the setting. * Please wash dishes daily (do not leave dirty dishes for more than one day). Laundry use is allowed outside of 4–8 PM (peak time). Thank you!
