Smoke-Free Unit: Boca Ciega Shores Condominims is located right on Boca Ciega Bay and just a short 5-minute walk to Treasure Island Beach. Unit #8 is a 2nd floor 1 bedroom/1 bath condo with a heated pool, and community chairs on the dock. The condo accommodates 4 people with 1 queen bed, and 1 queen sleeper. We have Internet, 2 TVs with basic cable, linens, ample towels, full-size kitchen appliances: microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher. Dining table for 4, and in-unit washer/dryer. This is a smoke-free unit. If guest smokes in the unit and there is extra cleaning necessary to get rid of any smoke odors the guest will be charged for clean up. 7 day minimum rental. No smoking. No Pets. Must be 25 years or older to reserve and be an occupant during reservation dates. Second floor condo with no elevator. This condo is located in the heart of Treasure Island and only a few minutes walk to Publix grocery store, many restaurants and bars, shops, and the BEACH! The Suncoast Trolley has a stop within a 5-minute walk. It runs to St. Petersburg Beach south and to Clearwater Beach north. There is an ashtray by the recycle container next to parking lot. However, most areas of Boca Ciega Shores are smoke-free. Our by-laws prohibit guests and renters from bringing their pets on the property. You might see dogs on the property that belong to owners, which is allowed in our by-laws.
