You will share the house with health and other professionals on short assignment, university grads and young veterans in transition, teachers and IT consultants working from home, the owner occasionally, and event-goers since Lucas stadium and convention center are 1.5 miles away. We have lately been enjoying guests from all over the world. Rooms are also available on a month-to-month rental agreement if you decide to stay. Social distancing is respected by all guests. As a Classical Brass Bedroom guest you have your own sink, drawer, counter space and towel bar in the shared bathroom. Included for every guest is the use of the wide-open, fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and sufficient cabinetry to hide away six children. We have a double oven for the foodies, a practically a self-organizing refrigerator with lots of room, the guests from each room has their own pantry box for dry goods. Everyone respectfully cleans up their own dishes right away, and we have a long dining table. A spray bottle with sanitizer is nearby for quick cleanup of handles and surfaces. Practically everything you need is here - every kind of coffee maker, coffees and teas, condiments, and purified water in the frig in two pitchers. There are soaps and towels, clothes iron and table-top ironing board, blow dryer, hair setting spray (you may still want to bring your own favorite shampoo, etc.) Mega-high speed fiber-optic internet is brought into the house. Speed is limited only by the router and your computer. Music for mood and ambiance can be played into the ceiling speakers from your phone or tablet blue-tooth connected to the player at the fireplace. Two off-street parking spaces are off of the alley in the back. Pardon the fence section in the back that Hurricane Helene's tail whipped to the ground. As one of our special guests, you have full use of the kitchen, living room, front porch and back yard. The downstairs bathroom is for the exclusive use of the guest in the Lavendar & Green Sleep & Study room adjacent to it. You have exclusive use of your bedroom which is upstairs, all the way down the hall until it ends with you facing two doors. Yours is the lefthand door. You share with the Butterfly Room guests a huge, bathroom just steps from your door with your own sink, towel bar and drawer. Traveling together? Book the adjacent, Butterfly Room in Historic Home also. There is always street parking and also two off-street parking spaces accessed from the alley in the back. Other things to note Property is sanitized in line with Airbnb standards during the pandemic and always has been. Zero tolerance for smoking anywhere on the property. No other Guests are allowed in the house unless they are included in your reservation. Limit is five to six people staying in the household at the same time; average is 3 people at any given time.
