The space The Penthouse suite has premium pillow-top mattresses, a large kitchen, unique secure Wi-Fi access, and three smart TVs with Direct TV, Netflix, Hulu Plus, and satellite radio. If you bring the little one along, the suite has a portable crib for a child under 40 lbs and is available upon request. It has a king, king, and 2 Double/twin Bunks, allowing your group to sleep a maximum of 10 guests. This suite is located on the top floor, with a perfect view. Don't worry about noise from above with my penthouse. We are right in St. George near Tuacahn Theater, Dixie State University, and across the street from the best trails in the area! We have a large outdoor pool, hot tub, basketball, and pickleball courts. Estancia Resort is St. George's newest resort.
