This cozy bedroom is a great place to relax after long day of exploring New York City and its hidden gems. The room is furnished with bed, desk, chair, and closet. You will also have your own keys, so no frustrations to go out early and get home late. This is one room of 6bedroom 3 bathroom apartment. This room is located on 2nd floor. You share a bathroom with 1 more room and kitchen with 5 other rooms. Internet Free WIFI is available in the house. The space Specious one bed room just 20 mins from Manhattan. Beautiful town house is so closed to 61st Woodside station (7Line) and 65st station (M and R Line). This is the area where you can feel the mixture of modern NY and good old fashioned queens’ vibes. During your stay I am usually busy, but you are always welcome to contact me. Please shoot me a text if you need a help. Other things to note ***** Before booking*********************** Under Fire Department of NY advisement, there is NO LOCK on the bedroom door, Only privacy bathroom lock is attached to the bedroom door. This is NOT like HOTEL, HOSTEL, GUEST HOUSE... This house is a nomal shared house in New York. You have housemates. I ask guests to prepare your amenity by yourself. There is no hoetl service like daily clean, 24 hour security guard etc. *There are basic kitchen equipments like dishes, silver, microwaves, frying pan and etc. Off course, you can use them. Please understand that and make a reservation. I hope that you find a great place to stay in NY not only at my place. ************************************************ AND There are house rules. I think there are normal thing to live in a share house. But please check them before your booking. -Rules for Commons Space- 1. Please keep common space clean.Please take shoes off. 2. Do not leave kitchen area while you are using kitchen stove. 3. Please keep the main door locked. 4. At night time, do not talk loudly and Please watch TV or movie with headphone. 5. No party, No Smoking, No Drugs 6. No Pet is arrowed. 7. Please do not leave your belongings in common space. Even if someone accidentally uses or throw it away. Host is not responsible for the loss. -Common Troubles- 1. Bedbugs : In New York City, bedbugs are everywhere. 99% chance, you bring them into your room. If you bring it, you have to deal with the problem with your own cost before it spreads out. *Please ask host how to exterminate it. 2. Host is not responsible for any troubles between roommates or stolen or damages to personal belongings by unexpected problem like leaking. 3. If you lose your keys, it costs you $150 + material cost to replace it. Please prepare $150 when you receive a new key. 4. If you put yourself in-lock. It cost you $40 for I open the door for you. It may take couple of hours or it could be next day. Optional - 1. If you need an AC (Air Conditioner), you can rent it for $3 per day. 2. Central heating is usually set for 68F. If you feel cold you can rent a electric heater during winter time, you can rent it from us $3 perl day. -The date you move out- 1. When you move out, please leave your keys on the desk of your room. You need to leave by 11:00am of your singed move-out day. 2. Please do not leave your items in your room ,kitchen, bathroom, and refrigerator.
