McPherson and Mt Vernon Metro Stops are also walking distance to the condo making it convenient to get anywhere in the city without a car. Car parking on the street is also rather convenient for those who have cars. Starbucks, CVS, restaurants, bars, shops, are all a few blocks away as the condo is right by Scott Circle in DC. The condo has two levels, and is in a secure building. The first level has the living area, a kitchen and half bath and the second level has a large bedroom, a second den area that can double as a room or a study, and a full bath room . The den has a comfortable twin sized futon, so it’s a good size for one person. The main bed room has a queen size bed and is a fairly large space. Residents will have complete access to an equipped kitchen and living room. Cable, internet, wired and easy to turn on on a need to basis for a fee as needed (alternative since this is a long term rental, renters can setup themselves too) . Looking for long term renters.
