Comfy, Quiet, Condo near Lake Mary and the Village

Walk right down to Lake Mary Bike Trail from my place. Just minutes away from Canyon Lodge Ski Area and The Village. The bus passes next to Discovery IV Condominium if you don't feel like walking. My condo is a 1 bedroom with a loft approximately 1000 sq. ft. It has 2 full bathrooms. Sleeps 5, 1 queen bed for 2 in the bedroom, queen sofa bed in the living room for 2, up in the loft a twin bed and a trundle that fits one young children. Upstairs Condo no one on the left. TOML- CPAN-16332 The space Relax on the living room sofa while you watch the snow come down outside. Walk out to the balcony and be awoken by the fresh scent of pine trees and birds tweeting. The fully equipped kitchen was remodeled this past summer with new island and appliances. Amenities inside the condo: PacMan Head to Head, Sirius XM, Prime Video, Disney Plus, Netflix, Cable, Wifi. Keep your feet toasty- warm with new floor radiant heating in the lower bathroom. Newly renovated bathroom vanity too! Nest thermostats are located in the bedroom and living room and will heat the condo before you arrive. Easy to use furnace. The pool and spa are located right near my condo and after skiing you can relax. Easy code entrance to my condo and parking for two cars outside. DOGS and CATS Allowed with extra cleaning fee. Laundry is located in the recreation room for a nominal fee. Enjoy. Cleaning and disinfection were followed according to city and state regulations. My place has a humidifier and air filtration both downstairs and in the loft. 15% transient occupancy tax , and TBID tax -1% , for short term rentals in Mammoth Lakes.
