The Hillside Hideout

Location!! Less than 15 minutes to the most popular sights in COS! Created with you in mind, the Hideout is a clean apartment for 1-2 people that offers a private bathroom, a full modern kitchen, a workspace, and the perfect place to rest and relax after a full day of exploration that only this area offers! The Hideout has heated tile floors throughout, high-end custom-made finishes, and a personal touch unlike any other. Make this your home base for your next vacation!(Permit#A-STRP-22-0138) The space From the large, fully stocked kitchen, to the plush king sized bed... from the double shower heads in the shower to the cozy loveseat and large smart tv (we don't have cable or local channels, but there are several free channels to watch along with any streaming services you are subscribed to)... we have given every single detail thought and purpose. We have newly added a shared hot tub in our backyard that you are free to use privately. When you let us know you want to use it we will get everything set up and ready for you! This spacious apartment was built from below the ground up with you in mind! We have always dreamed of being the owners of a bed & breakfast. We decided to build our very own to be able to offer the best we could. Our goal is to offer everything you need to create lifelong memories! Guest access You will have full and private access to the entire apartment, including the full kitchen, bedroom, living room area, and bathroom. You will also have your own parking area located directly next to the stairs leading to the apartment. You will have shared access to our family's backyard with outdoor seating, a picnic table with an umbrella, outdoor lights, a grassy area, and a large 6-person hot tub! Other things to note You will probably see our children and our pup. We will do our best to keep them quiet in the early morning and in the evening. Our dog, Benny, loves new friends and will "talk" to you. Because he does, if you would like to come say hello, he would be more than happy to meet you! This is also the reason we request that you let us know when you are using the hot tub so we can make sure you are not bothered.
