Downstairs bedroom has 1 queen bed & 2 twin beds, upstairs in living room sofa pulls out.Big TV's on both levels-cable & WIFI. Fully equipped kitchen, private deck. Indoor heated pool, 2 saunas, hot tub & common room w/ big fireplace. Located above South Ridge Lodge on sundance trail-the kids learning area. The space Fall Line North 101 -entire condo is yours plus private deck . Fully equipped kitchen ,everything you'll need for a big breakfast before walking out literally in your ski boots for 1st trax. Great for the entire family , walk out of condo with ski boots on! No parking and lugging gear to the lodge- ski back for lunch or mid day dip in the heated pool. HOUSEKEEPING INCLUDED in rates, no extra charges. Downstairs bedroom has queen bed and 2 twin beds. Living room sofa pulls out to a queen sleeper for additional options. Close to indoor pool, hot tub & common room with big fireplace. Ground floor unit with private entrance from parking area. Guest access Fall Line condos are located at 8 fall line drive, Newry maine. Up past south ridge lodge on left. Park in front near blue canopy and look for private entrance to N101. we will text you the door code morning of arrival. 1 car per unit, upon arrival please go to the security desk, center of building - ground floor - near pool entrance. Fill out parking pass form, drop in box - come back to security between 3-10 pm to pick up pass for your dash. You must fill out this form anytime of day or night you arrive. Extra cars can go back down access road, to LOT #5 , it's on left hand side past Mt View Restaurant. Other things to note please note the wifi is not guaranteed and sketchy in this part of Maine. please have a back up plan. please do not unplug or rearrange any electronics. There will be a $50 charge. CHECK OUT PROCEDURE: upon 10:30 check out please bring trash out to dumpsters in parking lot, & recycle items to basement near ski lockers. Wash dishes in hot, dry & return to cupboards. Put used linens ( sheets , pillow cases and towels only) in the tub, if you did not use something please leave it in place. *DO NOT put blankets, comforters or mattress pads in the tub* Make sure nothing is up against base boards, leave heat on 60*, close all windows, shut off lights, leave keys back on table. You can stay parked in lot for the departure day, be sure pass is up in dash. Park in front near blue canopy and enter any common door to NORTH 101 or look for private entrance N101, we will text you the door code morning of arrival. 1 car per unit, upon arrival please go to the security desk, center of building - ground floor - near pool entrance. Fill out parking pass form, drop in box - come back to security between 3-10 pm to pick up pass for your dash. You must fill out this form anytime of day or night you arrive.
