Clean and bright, this two-bedroom, one-bathroom house is in the heart of the Alberta Arts district. The inside is freshly painted with brand new windows making it light and bright, and the floors are refinished throughout. In the back, a fully fenced private backyard is secure for your pet and features a cedar deck with seating. The giant front porch is perfect to watch the festive and fun neighborhood. With the two bedrooms separated on either end, this house could work well for up to four guests, please note--the home has only two beds, and no additional sleeping area--groups requiring more than two beds will not work for this house. The bedrooms are comfortable and private and allow for individual space. The bathroom has a clawfoot tub with a shower and tile floor. The common space is open and bright, perfect for relaxing, socializing, or watching a movie on the flat-screen TV. The full-size dining room table can double an ample workspace. Through the kitchen is a door to the private fully fenced backyard for you and your pet to enjoy. The kitchen has a gas stove, quartz countertops, and a dishwasher. It is fully stocked with everything you'll need to cook at home for your entire stay...should you decide to dine out, less than 1/2 a block away are: Hat Yai, Podnah's, Tiffin Asha, Handsome Pizza and Seastar Bakery.
