Pet Policy: Clean up after pets, no pets on furniture, especially BEDS. Do not leave dogs alone in the house. The space Wonderfully relaxing, clean and well maintained, the house sleeps 4 - Up to 4 guests only. The house is fully equipped with good, comfortable beds: on the first floor-queen size in master bedroom, double/standard in 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa (standard size) in the living area on the second floor. On the second floor the living room has 2 sofas, and a comfortable big chair with ottoman. Great for relaxing, chatting, watching TV (Smart TV) movies and reading- seats 4 easily. The dining area seats 4. The kitchen is fully equipped: coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, mixer. Due to covid-19 there are dishes, glasses, cups, pots and pans- for 4 guests. This house has an Open Floor Plan for Living, Dining and Cooking. No one will miss out on the fun! With a high ceiling and lots of windows, the main living area has lots of natural light and opens out onto a back deck with views of the hills and a small partial view of the ocean - perfect for sunbathing, grilling and entertaining. Nature abounds - Deer on the hillside and singing birds everywhere. You can hear the ocean from the house and feel the ocean breeze. The house is naturally wind-protected so reading and sunbathing on the decks is great. It's a short easy walk (about 5-7 minutes) to the beach, cafe, general store and post office. You can walk the beach all the way to Tomales Bay. There is a general store in Dillon beach -basic items: milk, eggs, sandwiches, deli-like food. The store has excellent coffee, tea, beer and wine, soda. Guest access Single family house. Entire house sleeps up to 4 guests, no more than 4 guests allowed. Contactless check-in and check-out (smart lock with keypad). Other things to note This house is great for a getaway- quiet, restful, sunny and spacious. The bedrooms, bathroom, one deck and entry hall are on the first floor- open floor plan living/dining/ kitchen and second deck are on the second floor.
