In a quiet, tree lined neighborhood with driveway parking for one car. Coffee, restaurants, and a grocery store are within walking distance or a few minutes drive. Only 10 minutes from the airport, the forum, & local beaches. 20 minutes to downtown, Hollywood, & Santa Monica. The space This is a newly renovated unit with a private entrance, bathroom and kitchen in a prime location of Inglewood. Guest access There is free driveway parking for one car. There is also free street parking. It has one day a week for garbage and street sweeping when you can not park, so please follow the signs! Other things to note Check-in time is 4 pm, and checkout is 10am. This is an attached unit. There is a front unit, which I also rent out. Although the walls are soundproofed, there may still be some noise. Please follow the city enforcement code of quiet time after 10:00 pm until 9:00 am. The driveway is shared with a second house in the back. Street parking has one day a week for garbage and street sweeping when you can not park, so please follow the signs! All stays over 90 days require a quarterly cleaning with my professional cleaner. These are a list of rules that are necessary to keep the house beautiful for each guest who arrives. Thank you in advance for your cooperation! These check out cleaning instructions incur a charge of $50 each if not followed: 1. Wash all dishes (they need to be clean enough for the next people to eat off them) and place them in the drying rack. 2. Clean up miscellaneous garbage, spills, and / or messes. 3. Empty all trash in the bins from the kitchen and bathroom in outside garbage cans. 4. Smoking outside is allowed, but please use the provided ashtray on the patio and empty it before checkout. If there is cigarette/marijuana smell or evidence of either in the house, regardless of if you only smoked outdoors or not, you will be charged $100. 5. Please do not use the green bin outside at all; it is for yard debris only. 6. Do not flush anything besides toilet paper. This includes feminine products, trash, paper towels, diapers, and wipes. It will clog the plumbing, and you will be 100% responsible for the cost of repair. 7. If you have not previously arranged a late check out, please leave promptly. If the cleaner needs to wait for you more than 15 minutes, you will be charged for her time. If you are more than 1 hour late, you will be charged for the next day. 8. Please leave all bedding and towels in a condition that can be washed and used for the next guest, or there is a replacement fee for the unusable item. 9. This unit holds a maximum of two people and no children unless under a special pre-arranged circumstance. There is a Ring camera at the front entrance, and if found to be in violation, you will be charged $50 extra per guest, per day at minimum and evicted if necessary.
