The space A pleasant and cozy 50 m2 interior apartment equipped with all the comforts and elegant natural wood floors. The open living-dining room has details that give it personality as it is separated by a Chinese lattice from the kitchen. The living room is furnished with an upholstered Chester sofa that can be converted into a double bed, a coffee table, a floor lamp and a cabinet on which a Smart TV is placed. The dining area integrated with the living room makes the space much more spacious. It has a table for four people to enjoy pleasant dinners. The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped to make you feel at home, with all the necessary kitchenware, refrigerator/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender, plant and tables. You can find everything you may need during your stay. The bedroom overlooks an interior courtyard, so it is very quiet, has a simple and relaxing decoration, a large queen size double bed, bedside tables and a spacious closet in which to accommodate all your belongings with an iron and safe. The bathroom is accessed from the living/dining room, very elegant with a modern design, a shower and everything you need for your use as welcome amenities, where you can find at your disposal, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel, as well as hydro alcoholic gel wipes and hair dryer. Guest access The apartment is fully available for guests. Other things to note The apartment will be available from 4:00 pm. If you arrive before this time, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you earlier if the apartment is available. To avoid unnecessary waiting, please provide us with all the information regarding your arrival (flight number, arrival time, contact phone number, etc.) Check-ins on holidays, Saturdays and Sundays or outside office hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM will incur an additional cost of €25 (€50 overnight). Check-out time will be before 11:00 AM on the day your contract ends. If you need to delay your departure, please let us know in advance, so that we can resolve it in the specific case if possible.
