There are excellent storage cabinets, a large selection of cookware, stemware, flatware, seasonings, sugar and other cooking essentials. Plus light cleaning products. Directly in front of the kitchen is the relaxing sitting room highlighted by a gray comfortable sectional sofa. Opposite there is a flat screen SMART ROKU TV that streams Netflix, HBO and YouTube. FIRST BEDROOM Highlights a comfy Serta Queen size bed with a premium quality mattress, hotel quality linens, closet, a warm blanket, side table with lamp, a fan and a window that provides natural light. SECOND BEDROOM Has a very comfy Tuft & Needle queen size mattress, modern tufted headboard, fresh hotel quality linens, two night stands, lamps and art pictures. BATHROOM This area has a tub and shower combo. High quality towels are provided along with washcloths and essentials. A complete area with a mirror, hair dryer and hand basin. Emergency kit and first aid kit items are located in the closet. PARKING For you peace of mind, FREE garage parking with remote is provided. The garage is for single car use. Therefore, I do not recommend anything larger than a compact car (i.e., Toyota Corolla). If you chose to drive anything larger than a compact vehicle then street parking is your next option. A parking permit is not required to park on the street however, please be advised that street parking is in short supply. Lastly, please return the garage remote to coffee table upon departure or risk losing your security deposit... Guest access The entire private 2 bedroom, 1 bath front upstairs unit of a small triplex building. One designated garage parking space with remote. **PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A HISTORIC PROPERTY THUS THE GARAGE IS FOR SINGLE CAR USE. IT'S QUITE SMALL, SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND A CAR LARGER THAN A TOYOTA COROLLA. A COMPACT CAR WORKS BEST** Other things to note This apartment is has a ductless air conditioning system in the living room so you will stay cool on those rare hot days. However, if fresh air is your choice then you will be just fine. The apartment is only a few miles inland from the beach so it stays much cooler than other parts of the city. The ample windows create a nice cross breeze and there are ceiling fans are located in the living rooms and bedroom. ★We accept pets on a case-by-case basis, specifically DOGS weighing 30 pounds or less. If you have a pet other than a dog, please contact us beforehand. ★ Located on the 2nd floor, access requires climbing a flight of stairs.
