1946 Small Town Comfort experience relaxation.

1946 Comfort Retreat is located on the Northeast side of Helper. We have a beautiful yard with fruit trees and outdoor furniture for relaxing. In the evening the deer come in for a snack from the apple trees. The house offers 2 bedrooms and a spacious living room. The dining table seats 6 and the air conditioning keeps you cool in the summer months and heats comfortably with a gas furnace. There is room in the driveway for three cars and an alley to park toy haulers or camping trailers. The space The view from the back yard is wonderful. You can see Balanced Rock perched on the bluff to the north. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and quiet nights. Helper has been designated as a Dark Sky Area. The stars at night are amazing. Guest access A key box is located on the back door. You will be given the code two days prior to your visit. Other things to note The railroad goes through Helper and the tracks are 2 blocks from our house. They blow the train whistle as they come through town.
