Low Tide - Beach Bungalow

LowTide part of Sage Tides Triplex - East of A1A beach Blvd , ground floor, old-Florida (build in 1923!) pet-friendly 2 bedroom, cozy unit (900 sf) with a private yard & patio/garden living space & two hammocks. Located on a dead-end street easy walk (2 houses away) to the beach. Yes, old Tile floors, some with cracks but cool for your feet or pets & easy to sweep. Sleeps 2 comfortably, 3-4 tight . There is one full bath (shower only) new in 2022 and the kitchen is fully equipped. The space Low Tide is part of the Sage-Tides Triplex called SAGE TIDES. It's a legal business so you don't risk getting kicked out by the county discovering an owner isn't registered properly. Low Tide has a private fenced in yard and is pet-friendly. There are two bedrooms - one is a queen, the other a double. Both are new in April 2021! The master has adjustable heads for comfort! A double/full is in the second bedroom - good for one or two if you snuggle ! There is a stack washer/dryer right beside the kitchen. The unit was built in 1923 and has old Florida feel - floor tiles are vintage, cracked in places and mismatched but easy to sweep sand off of! If you want a brand new feel, you may want to select a condo somewhere else in the new sections. The linens are clean and sometimes match, and sometimes they don't. Comfort is key. Beach chairs are supplied under carport- if one breaks, let me know so I can replace it. After storms, the yard can be wet and disheveled. It's the nature of storms. We have a grill - sometimes is a gas grill, sometimes charcoal and sometimes both. If they are rusted out, let me know and I will deliver same day. Guest access Access to the beach is what you'll love, and we'll have breakfast items (a mix of eggs, bacon, biscuits, coffee, tea) provided on your arrival. Other things to note We have a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. We also supply all towels and linens - but they may or may not match (yes I got dinged about that in a review!), dish detergent, washer detergent, soap, shampoos, dryer. Wondering about anything else - just ask! Your pets are welcome and if they like sleeping on the furniture, use an extra towel to place under them if you can. There is a hose right by the door for hosing off your feet and pets.
