The main floor is characterized by a plush living area, complete with Smart TV, and a fully stocked kitchen with counter seating. Designed with comfort in mind, this area is open and relaxed, with Colorado-inspired decor, new floors and plenty of light. The kitchen features rustic wood offset by sleek stainless steel appliances. Huge fridge, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and more for easy meals, snacks and beverages! One of two guest bedrooms can also be found downstairs, with full size bunk beds for even more sleeping space. Plus, let’s be honest, bunk beds are fun. A convenient half bathroom rounds out the main floor space. Feel free to relax with a beverage in the outdoor seating area, as well! Head upstairs to find the master bedroom, second guest bedroom, and two bathrooms. The washer and dryer are upstairs as well. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second upstairs bedroom also has a queen bed, and a bonus upstairs bathroom means no waiting for morning showers and evening ablutions. This is normal for homes at 8530' elevation.
