The Crab Apple Empire is located in picturesque Elmore just twenty minutes from Montpelier and thirty minutes from Stowe. Main house has a large master bedroom with walk-in closet and en suite, along with living room, kitchen, and mudroom complete with washer and dryer. Guest house has 3/4 bath and 2 bedrooms, one with queen bed, a kitchenette, and a separate patio accessible through french doors. Smaller bedroom has a daybed with trundle and a small writing desk. The space The unique layout provides natural light and ample outdoor spaces. The back deck is complete with a grill and table for enjoying meals outside, along with heat lamps or a fire pit in the cooler months. There is also a fire pit down by the stream, perfect for roasting marshmallows. Guest access The entire property is yours to use with the exception of the attic and external stairs on the guest house.
