The apartment has a small entrance hall with a cloakroom, a well-equipped kitchen with an inviting dining and living area with a comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and access to the balcony. The separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed also has a flat-screen TV and its own access to the balcony. There is also the option of setting up a cot. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin. For additional comfort, a hairdryer and a radio are also available. Along the way, numerous cosy spots invite you to linger, and on warm summer days, the crystal-clear water of Lake Zell provides a wonderful way to cool off. Mountain bike fans can also start their adventure right outside the hotel. In the direction of Saalbach/Hinterglemm, an impressive biking area awaits you with around 400 km of bike routes of all difficulty levels and 70 km of varied lines and trails. The Viehhofen Glückscard, which you receive from us free of charge during your stay, offers you a special highlight. This allows you to benefit from numerous attractive advantages such as free mountain railway and boat trips, free admission to bathing areas and many other holiday experiences (valid from mid-May to the end of October). In winter, our ideal location means you can experience maximum variety and unlimited skiing pleasure. The valley station of the zellamseeXpress gondola lift is only about 200 metres away, so you can start directly in the Schmittenhöhe ski area, or you can use the free ski bus, which takes you comfortably to the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn in just a few minutes. With the ALPIN CARD, you have an impressive 408 kilometres of slopes and 121 modern lifts at your disposal – perfect conditions for skiers, snowboarders and winter lovers. Particularly convenient: when the snow conditions are good, you can ski down slope no. 168 directly to the front of our hotel. Families and beginners also feel right at home with us. The practice lift in the immediate vicinity offers ideal conditions for relaxed first turns in the snow.
