This home also offers secured gated parking for 2 cars. Entire living space and bedrooms are all upstairs, please note that if you have anyone who cannot go upstairs easily. There are 2 queen rooms upstairs as well as a full bath with tub shower. There is also a queen aerobed should you have an extra guest. This home also offers a separate laundry room with additional storage. Should you have a larger group, please inquire we have a 3 bedroom right next door. This home is next door and and makes a great vacation spot for larger families when you rent both homes. Guest access You will have full access to the beach house, the parking area is shared with the next door unit. Parking is completely gates and this unit offers 2 spaces. Other things to note Please check in at Cheshire Rio Reality right next door, if you are going to be arriving after 5 pm let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. We supply a starter pack of supplies for your use, 3 toilet rolls per bath, a couple paper towels, sponge, dish pods, and cleaning supplies. Tenant is responsible for anything more they may need with regards to the paper products supplied, plenty for a long weekend. KEYS: No keys will be issued to anyone under the age of 21 NO FIREWORKS: Fireworks are illegal and use of them will result in eviction from property and forfeiture of your deposit ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING; if you must smoke, please do so outside with the doors and windows closed. Smoking in the properties, or evidence of smoke in the properties will result in forfeiture of your deposit. NO PETS ALLOWED, except in designated properties.
