Charming, soulful Venice 3 bedroom/1bath home with a detached guestroom/office in the backyard that has a second bathroom. We're in the quiet, family-friendly section of town. Around the corner to loads of restaurants, cafes and shops on Lincoln, and a 15 minute walk to world-class sites on Abbot Kinney. One mile from the beach (we might have bikes to use - just ask). We live here full-time and only rent it out when we're on vacation, so don't expect a typical "rental". Treat it like home. The space This home was one of the first built in the neighborhood - neighborhood builder built it for himself and his family in 1949, and we're only the 3rd family to occupy it. It has old school charm and character, and we hope you love it as much as we do. Guest access The house is yours.
