5 Bedroom House near Downtown Rochester

Large two-story house on a quiet side street, minutes away from downtown, the University of Rochester, Corn Hill, the 19th Ward, and the South Wedge. Recently renovated, with a large open kitchen & dining room, several flex spaces, master bedroom with private bath and study, and ample off street parking. The space The house has four bedrooms upstairs, including a master bedroom with a its own living room & bathroom. On the first floor are two 'flex' rooms with sofa beds that can be used as living rooms, offices, bedrooms, or play rooms for the kids. As this is an older house, both sets of stairs are somewhat steeper than you may be used to. These stairs have an 8" rise and 8" run; stairs in houses built today have a 7 3/4" rise and 11" run. Please keep this in mind if you are traveling with the young children, older adults, or anybody that doesn't like steep stairs! There is a washer and dryer in the (unfinished) basement. There is space for 2-3 cars in the driveway, and a tiny backyard. If you in the back yard, please watch out for poison ivy. There was a ton of it here when I got the house; we've been working on removing it all but it may still come back up in some places. I have a tarp covering it to kill it off but if you have curious kids they could be in for a surprise.
