The space • The living room sofa turns into an extra queen size bed and the ottomans turn into single size floor mattresses • Pack'n'play crib available upon request • Well-equipped and stocked kitchen for cooking and eating • Beach gear included (towels, umbrella and cooler) to save on expensive rentals • Wide selection of entertainment, including Netflix, Disney+ and books • The apartment complex has a washing machine and dryer for free use Guest access This is a private apartment, exclusively for your use. Make yourself at home! You also have access to the shared patio with benches and shared laundry machines for free. Other things to note • This is a small apartment (500 sq. ft.). It's ideal for 2 adults, but can accommodate up to 6 people. We recommend full occupancy only for short stays, as it will feel like a sleepover, as some guests will have to sleep on the sofa bed and on floor mattresses. • This is a historic building and, although recently renovated, the walls are thinner. Therefore, we ask guests to be mindful of noise levels. Loud music is not allowed at any time and quiet hours are enforced. There are 3 security cameras that monitor the shared space of the building's central courtyard and the property can use Noise Aware technology. • As with any regular Airbnb stay, daily housekeeping is not included, but we are happy to leave you towels and toiletries as needed :) • Tropical pests are endemic to our area. We have regular preventative pest control, but it's possible that a critter might sneak inside. Please help us keep them out by keeping windows and doors closed. • There is no parking on site. There are parking meters on the street for $2/hour, with control from 8 AM to 6 PM; outside these hours, it is free. There is also a large public parking lot two blocks away that charges $1/hour, with the same control schedule. • We use Airbnb's Multi-Listing feature, which allows hosts to list multiple units provided that they are similar in appearance and have no major aesthetic differences. This means that there may be slight variations in the layout of the units due to the historical age of the building (see listing photos for variations).
