Close-in Country Cottage

Unique Country Cottage just 5 minutes from downtown Spokane. Super quiet 7 acres on private drive You won't believe you are so close to the city with all it's attractions, yet can enjoy the peace and solitude and only be a short distance away! This little cottage is just minutes from the airport as well! The space Although there are just two small bedrooms, the living/dining area is quite spacious and comfortable. Also there is a very sweet sunporch that is connected that has a twin day bed in it. A great place to watch the sun rise! Other things to note The neighbor to the north has 17 acres with horses. They are so pretty to look at from the sunporch and bedroom. I hope you enjoy them but please keep a close watch on little ones so that they don't wander into the field.
