Beyond the sunroom/great room, there's also a large roof top deck, a private balcony, and then the top floor roof deck... plenty of spaces to sit back and relax. This home boasts a very flexible floor plan with equally flexible rental options. Rent the core house, which can sleep up to 19 people in 7 bedrooms, or ask about expanding your space to include an additional 2 bedrooms and bathroom (in the back apartment known as the Salty Spot) for sleeping up to 25 (additional fees apply). It's very versatile. Everything inside is new - beautiful new custom kitchen and custom bathrooms. New stainless steel appliances, many new furnishings, amenities, and more. Along with the many new features, we have added technology to the home as well. It boasts all new heating and air conditioning throughout the home. For entertainment, we have flat screen TV's, dvd players, whole house speakers with sound on the various roof decks, games, and more. The famous Nubble Light is just a 15 minute walk away as is Long Sands Beach. Short Sands Beach is a very short walk (a couple of minutes). The town has many restaurants and shops all within walking distance or just across the street from the beach. There is even a local trolley that can take you to Long Sands Beach and Nubble Light! Kittery Outlets are 5 minutes away south on Rt. 1, and Ogunquit is just 7-8 minutes north! Addditional Notes: Additional Fees: Cleaning and Linen fee: $620. As noted above, in addition to the nightly or weekly rental rate quoted, there is an additional charge of $325 for cleaning and a linen fee for $295.00. There is also a fee for the 9% Maine Rental Tax and a $1000 refundable damage protection. A deposit of 50% is due at the time of reservation. Final balance is due, 60 days prior to arrival. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of rental, no refunds will be applied.
