Walk 20 minutes to Sidney-Town with all its busy charm, bookstores, theatres, aquarium, whale watching expeditions and pedestrian friendly activities. You will have the entire upper level and entrance lobby/office of this two story home. Living room with gas fireplace, sun room, three outdoor patios, two full bedrooms (queen) and (double + twin), 1.5 bathrooms and a TV/media/bedroom with 5=60 in TV and queen sofa bed, The downstairs laundry room is equipped with large Samsung units (shared with downstairs owner suite.) The house is equipped to make you feel at home, including libraries of music, videos and books as well as board games. The downstairs lobby doubles as a remote work office with monitor and printer. For those comfortable on the water, two sit-on-top kayaks are available to explore the sheltered bay. Binoculars and a telescope are provided those enjoying morning coffee in the sun room overlooking the bay or for gazing at the full moon night skies. A spacious open kitchen with attached patio allows for shared culinary productions and barbecue masters. This special longstay furnished and fully equipped home is intended for snowbird or summer stay couples and families who enjoy a peaceful waterfront environment while also providing ready access to the activities and facilities of the quaint town of "Sidney-by-the-Sea." Frequently we have new arrivals taking their time to purchase a home and several have become close neighbours. Guest access Two sit-on-top kayaks, laundry room with Samsung appliances. The property and yard spaces and parking for two vehicles are all available. You will have the exclusive use of the primary living space, front lobby/office, plus the upper 1500 sq ft.
